Casa de Arcos is an attractive villa offering spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels, with a lovely living & dining area and three air-conditioned bedrooms. The interiors have been carefully decorated and furnished, making wide use of natural wood and traditional Mallorcan ornaments, and there is lovely airy feeling throughout.

Surrounded by impressive, extensive gardens with lawn, shrubs, trees and flowers: Casa de Arcos offers a truly idyllic setting! The large private pool has Roman Step entry into the shallow end and a metal stepladder into the deep end, and there are lovely terraces, with sunbeds, to relax and sunbathe under the warm Mallorcan sun. There is a built in barbecue for alfresco dining.

Living Areas

The villa is set over 2 floors.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with comfy sofas, tiled floors, beamed ceilings, Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, well-equipped kitchen with electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, table & chairs and doors to terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa is set over 2 floors.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with bathtub + shower over.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub + shower over. This spacious bedroom has direct access to a private terrace, with lovely views over the pool and gardens.

Outside Space

Casa de Arcos is surrounded by impressive, extensive gardens with lawn, shrubs, trees and flowers: a truly idyllic setting! The large private pool has entry by both Roman Steps and a step ladder, and there are lovely terraces, with sunbeds, to relax and sunbathe under the warm Mallorcan sun.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV-1292

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
