Overview
Just a short drive from the historic and charming old town of Pollensa, La Vinya Gran is a wonderfully designed, contemporary villa affording panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains and the bay of Puerto Pollensa beyond.
Living Areas
The ground floor comprises a spacious light and airy lounge/dining area complete with cream-coloured sofas, modern furniture and a large dining table with ten chairs. There is Satellite TV, DVD, Hi Fi and WIFI.
Steps lead down from here to the lawned garden area and alongside is a built-in barbecue and access back into the fully fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast table and ten chairs.
Exterior access to the utility room with washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Off the dining area, is a long corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
There is a double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further twin bedroom and a shower room. All of these rooms have doors leading out to a covered terrace with lovely country views.
Stairs lead up to the first floor (with horizontal balustrades on the staircase - care should be taken with children) and a twin bedroom, a double bedroom (featuring a floor to ceiling window with lovely views of the bay of Puerto Pollensa in the distance) and a full bathroom.
Outside Area
From here, patio doors not only provide access to the garden and covered terrace, but also offer stunning views of the surrounding area. The terrace itself overlooks the stone patio and the large infinity pool.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms, on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.
Central heating, available on request for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.
Eco Tax is included.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
