The villa entrance opens into a hallway with doors directly into the living/dining area, with beamed ceilings and cooling tiled floors, and the fully equipped kitchen.

There is also a double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, and a guest cloakroom, on this level.

Stairs lead up to the first floor, a double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, which share a bathroom (with separate shower).

Adults and children alike will love the ample space, and seamless indoor and outdoor layout of the villa, to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Enjoy a memorable holiday as you enjoy a swim in your private pool, relax on a sunbed, or fire up the barbecue and dine outdoors on the terrace.

Outside Area

Outside there are a wide selection of open and covered terraces with seating areas, together with a covered barbecue area by the pool - an excellent spot for dining alfresco. The large swimming pool has plenty of sunbed space on the adjacent patio – all set within the gardens, laid to lawn, with trees, flowering shrubs.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Central heating, available on request for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

Eco Tax is included.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
