Overview

Villa Oscar in set in the countryside, in mature grounds, with garden areas laid to lawn, with Mediterranean plants and flowering shrubs.

Villa Oscar is made up of two villas, the main villa, “Oscols d'Alt I", and the annexe, "Els Oscols d'Alt II, (separated by just 5m!).

The villa and the annexe offer traditional, spacious & comfortable accommodation, and are the ideal choice for a large family or group of friends wishing to holiday together but looking for independence in the layout of their accommodation.

There is a living/dining area, and a kitchen, in both the villa & the annexe, 4 bedrooms in the main villa and 3 bedrooms in the annexe.

There are TVs in the living areas, as well as all bedrooms, and air conditioning throughout too.

Villa Oscols includes all necessary facilities and amenities, and there is maid service 6 times a week, with bed linen changed once a week, towels changed 3 times a week and private chef services available on request.

Outside, there is a lovely swimming pool, irregular in shape, 10m x 5m (depths – 0.5m – 3.5m), with a children’s section, with fountain, separated by a wall – depths 0.5 – 1m), and a jacuzzi (hot tub), next to the swimming pool, with capacity for 6 persons.

The beautiful terraces alongside the property are furnished with plenty of areas for relaxing during the day and for enjoying the gorgeous sunsets in the event.

There is a built-in barbecue and dining terrace for meals alfresco.

Added bonus of a table tennis table on the terrace and a room with billiard table, table football and gym equipment plus a children’s play area with swings, slide, see-saw and climbing frame.

Main floor – Entrance hall, traditional living/dining area with Satellite TV-Smart TV, DVD player, sound system, WIFI and doors to terrace, wooden fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast table & chairs and doors to terrace. Exterior access to utility room with washing machine & tumble drier.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Main floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 further double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 shower room.

All bedrooms also have Smart TV and Sat TV.

Annexe - "Els Oscar d'Alt II

Living areas

Main floor – traditional living/dining area with Satellite TV-Smart TV, DVD player, sound system, Playstation 4, WIFI and doors to terrace, wooden fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast table & chairs and doors to terrace.

There is an irregular shaped swimming pool 10m x 5m (depths – 0.5m – 3.5m), with a children’s section, with fountain, separated by a wall – depths 0.5 – 1m), and jacuzzi (hot tub), next to the swimming pool, with capacity for 6 persons.

Approximate distances;

7kms from the supermarket, shops, cafes, bars & restaurants in Alcudia and 7kms from Puerto Alcudia.

7kms from the beach of Puerto Alcudia, 8kms from the beaches of Cala Sant Pere in Alcudia and Playa de Muro, and 10kms from the beach of Alcanada.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service 6 times a week (Monday through to Saturday inclusive). Bed linen and towels, changed once a week and Towels, changed 3 times a week.

Pool towels included.

Air conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms – available 24hrs a day.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
