Overview
Well located in Playa de Muro, Villa Corb Marí offers you the best of both worlds – it is a property where you can enjoy a peaceful setting, with lovely views over the natural parc of S’Albufera, yet at the same time you are just a short walk from one of the best beaches in Mallorca and the amenities of this much sought after resort.
Offering a high standard of spacious and modern accommodation on two levels, the ground floor has also been especially adapted for those with reduced mobility, with an entrance ramp, wide doors and a walk-in shower.
A lovely light and bright living/dining area, leads to a well-equipped open plan kitchen, and a double bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower on the ground floor level. A modern staircase leads to three further bedrooms and two shower rooms on the first floor level.
Outside, a stunning terrace leading to the gorgeous infinity-edge swimming pool – you can enjoy a peaceful swim or relax in the sun by day, or enjoy a cooling end of day drink followed by an alfresco barbecue supper.
Note - the villa has direct access to a waterway and a raised pool edge and as such may not be suitable for families with small children.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning throughout (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.
Central heating for early or late season lets, available on request at a supplementary charge.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Alcudia & Surrounding area.
