Overview

Villa Casa de Luz is a semi-detached frontline villa offering simply breath-taking views over the Bay of Alcudia and the beach of Alcanada.

A gated entrance, and pathway of steps, leads up to the swimming pool, with Roman step entry, and open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing and for taking in the wonderful sea views.

Further steps lead up to the villa and entrance. On the main floor of the villa, there is the spacious, comfortable, luminous living/dining area, modern kitchen, utility room and 1 twin bedroom.

The remaining 3 bedrooms (2 doubles & 1 bunk-bedded room – suitable for children only) are on the first floor.

Patio doors lead out from both the living/dining area, and the kitchen, to open and covered sea-facing terraces – one with comfy rattan suite for relaxing end of day drinks, the other with table & chairs, and portable barbecue, for alfresco dining.

Main floor - Living/dining area with 2 comfy sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and patio doors to terrace, modern kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast table & chairs, and patio doors to terrace. Utility room with washing machine & tumble drier.

Lower ground floor – table tennis table.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Steps up to villa entrance;

Main floor – 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room.

First floor - 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 further double bedroom, 1 bunk-bedded room (suitable for children only), 1 further bathroom.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
