Fonda 3 is a superb two-storey villa, built in a modern style and with high quality décor throughout. With a large swimming pool and located only a short walk from the sandy beach, shops and restaurants of Cala Egos, this villa is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday.
Accommodation
Ground floor - Living area with Satellite TV, DVD, WIFI and doors to the pool area. Spacious, modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining area with microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and doors to covered terrace. There are also two twin bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room and both with doors to terrace) and a further shower room on this level.
First floor - Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors to a large terrace with views of the sea, and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room and doors to a small sun terrace.
Outside, the spacious pool and garden area is the ideal spot to relax. There is a fully enclosed lawn and terraced area around the large pool (11m x 5m) with sun beds. The exterior also offers a barbecue and a covered terrace with views of the pool and garden.
Location
This villa is situated in a quiet residential area in Sa Punta des Port, Cala D'Or. The sandy beach of Cala Egos is only a 5 - 10 minute walk away as is Cala Egos centre with its shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The stylish marina of Cala D’Or with restaurants and bars is approximately 2.5 km away. Cala D’Or centre with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops is within 5 minutes drive. The area also has several other several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda. The charming fishing village of Porto Petro is just 5 minutes drive away.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.
Air conditioning units in this property on a timer - the timetable for the air conditioning in the living room is 13:00-15:00 & 20:00-00:00 h. The timetable in the bedrooms is 13:00-15:00 & 21:00-05:00.
On request, the air conditioning can be made available for 24 hours for a supplemental charge of €15 per day, this is payable locally in cash to the owner.
