Overview

The apartments, Migjorn Cel & Migjorn Playa, are set over the ground and first & second floors of a sea-front house, each having its own independent entrance.

Enjoying an unbeatable location right on the waterfront, just steps away from the sandy beach of Cala Galiota and the jetty, with regular departures to the island of Cabrera as well as close to the famous beach of Es Trenc.

The apartments each accommodate 4 persons and offer brand new interiors and all comforts, and with the unique bonus of a truly waterfront location: you will feel like you can touch the sea from your balcony!

On the ground floor, Migjorn Playa offers a spacious and comfortable living and dining area with a superb terrace, with an awning for shade when required, a fully-fitted kitchen and a utility room with washing machine. There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.

With such a great location, modern interiors, and the biggest swimming pool in the world on your doorstep (yes, the Mediterranean Sea!), you will have the holiday of a lifetime in the lovely Migjorn apartments!

With all the necessary amenities within a short walking distance, a car is not essential.

Living Areas

Migjorn Playa offers a spacious and comfortable living/dining area with Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to a superb terrace, with an awning for shade when required, and a fully-fitted kitchen with electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Eco Tax is included.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
