Offering spacious and comfortable accommodation all on one level, the owners have restored this property with great attention to detail, ensuring its character and charm is retained, with beautiful arched ceilings and cooling tiled floors, and combining this with a stylish décor and modern pieces throughout.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
