Overview

Salom Verd is set in the countryside, surrounded by nature, only 2.2 kms away from the small village of Es Llombards and 4 kms away from Santanyi with its twice weekly market, shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants.

It affords a very special location in a former farm that today is dedicated to the breeding and recovery of a unique Mallorquin breed of horses.

The old farmer's house, Salom Verd has been completely renovated, and offers a high standard of furnishings and fitments throughout.

The antique restored wooden door, that dates back more than 200 years, welcomes you and opens into the house.

From the entrance hall, there is access to the living/dining room, which is delightfully furnished and full of natural light, and an archway leads to the modern and well-equipped kitchen.

The house boasts two bedrooms. A double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the rear covered terrace. The other is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the front terrace.

Note: The horses are not available for horse riding. Guests are not permitted to touch or feed the horses and they are not available for horse riding.

Ground floor – Living/dining area with 2 comfy sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Radio, WIFI and full-length patio doors to terrace, archway to modern kitchen with ceramic induction hob & electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine,dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor – 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and one with an en-suite shower room.

Outside Area

Rectangular swimming pool 8m x 4m (depths – 1m – 1.8m) with 4 stone steps into shallow end. Salt-water pool, accessed by steps. Outdoor dining area and brick-built barbecue.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
