Overview

Cas Xemarri is in a quiet and peaceful area between Cas Concos and Santanyi.

It is surrounded by a large lawned garden, affords magnificent views across the open countryside and a swimming pool which can be fenced and gated.

Only a few minutes’ drive away is the pretty village of Cas Concos and then just a little further to Santanyi with its twice weekly market and a wonderful selection of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants.

A two-storey farmhouse, Cas Xemarri offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, with bright and airy rooms and a very relaxed summer ambience. Enjoy the comfort and the natural light that this house offers with the added benefit of air conditioning in all rooms.

The ground floor comprises the living/dining area with doors to the poolside and bougainvillea covered garden terraces, the fully fitted kitchen with side door to terrace and covered barbecue area and three bright bedrooms; a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room (suitable for wheelchair users) and doors to the gardens, two more twin bedrooms that share a bathroom and a guest cloakroom.

A marble staircase leads to the first floor which comprises three more bedrooms - a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the upper terrace with fabulous views. The next bedroom, also with twin beds, has en suite shower room, and access to the furnished balcony and the last bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite shower room.

The far-reaching views from the first-floor level stretch across the open countryside to the island of Cabrera in the distance.

A perfect choice for a family with children looking to holiday together in Mallorca.

Ground floor – 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 further twin bedrooms (one with doors to terrace), 1 full bathroom, 1 guest cloakroom.

First floor – 2 twin bedrooms, both with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Outside Area

Rectangular swimming pool, bordered by a garden laid to lawn, open & covered terraces, with brick-built barbecue and table & chairs for alfresco dining, fenced & gated playground, table tennis table.

Note - Pool fencing can be erected around the swimming pool upon request.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Balearics Tourism License - ETV-915.XIMERRI

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
