Accommodation

The stone walls, arches and wooden beams of this traditionally styled house combine perfectly with the surrounding Mediterranean environment. Most of the rooms are located on the first floor with the main entrance to the rear of the property and opening into the well fitted kitchen with induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast area. Leading on from here is the attractive dining room with feature chandelier, solid oak dining table and chairs and a doorway opening to the front upper terrace with wonderful views. There is a sumptuous lounge with a three piece sofa, decorative fireplace, WIFI, Playstation 2 with two handsets, Satellite TV, DVD and three sets of doors opening to the upper dining terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. An impressive galleried landing has 12 steps leading down to the poolside entrance with arched covered terrace. Here there is the laundry room with washing machine and games area with table tennis table.

From the upstairs gallery landing, three of the bedrooms can be accessed. The master double bedroom has a dressing area, en-suite full shower room and direct access to a private upper sun terrace with far-reaching views across the swimming pool and breathtaking countryside. Two twin bedrooms each have access to the upper terrace and share one full bath/shower room.

On the ground floor from the front covered terrace there is access to the last bedroom. This exterior double bedroom is spacious and offers an en-suite walk-in shower which is suitable for wheelchair users.

Outside, approached via tiered terraces is the impressive 10m long mozaic tiled swimming pool. The owners have tried to make this area as child friendly as possible with two gates that can be locked to prevent children from accessing the pool area unsupervised. The comfortably furnished sun terraces have a poolside shower for added convenience.

Another very special feature is the vine covered barbecue terrace with stone table seating up to 12 people and to the front of the house is a good sized lawned area with plenty of room for children to play and a brick built barbecue.

Approximately 1.5kms from Alqueria Blanca, 5kms from Cas Concos and the sandy beaches of Cala Mondrago and Es Trenc, within a 10-15 minutes drive.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms on a timer - The timetable for the air conditioning is 15.00-17.00 & 20.00-08.00 h.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
