A two-storey farmhouse, Na Parra offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, with bright and airy rooms and a very relaxed summer ambience. Enjoy the comfort and the natural light that this house offers with the added benefit of air conditioning in all rooms.

The ground floor comprises the living/dining area with doors to the poolside terrace, the fully fitted kitchen with access to the dining area and doors to terrace and three bright bedrooms; a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and side door to the poolside terrace, a further twin bedroom and a double bedroom that share a shower-room (suitable for wheelchair users) and a guest cloakroom.

The first floor comprises two spacious twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and doors to their own private balcony, where you can relax and enjoy far-reaching views across the almond groves, the town of Santanyi and the island of Cabrera in the distance.

Adjoining the property is a garage with laundry room with washing machine and a shower room.

First floor – 2 twin bedrooms, each with doors to balcony & en-suite shower room.

Rectangular swimming pool with sunbathing terrace, bordered by a garden laid to lawn with trees & shrubs, open & covered terraces, with brick-built barbecue and table & chairs for alfresco dining, fenced & gated playground with a small slide, swings & a playhouse, table tennis table.

Note - Pool fencing can be erected around the swimming pool upon request.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Air conditioning throughout on a timer – bedrooms (20.00-0700hrs), other areas (08.00-10.00hrs & 12.00-1400hrs).

Pool fencing can be erected around the swimming pool upon request.

Balearics Tourism License - ETV-914.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
