Steps lead up to the accommodation, which is all on one level, is comfortable and comprises four bedrooms (2 double & 2 twin bedrooms), one bathroom (with half bath & overhead shower) and two shower rooms.
The joy this house, however, is the outdoor area – the swimming pool, the terraces, and the lower-level garden with lawned area, hammock & swing, stone table & chairs, and built-in barbecue, for alfresco dining, and a table tennis table for entertainment.
Finally, knowing how difficult it is to park during the summer months, a parking spot is available at Villa Marine.

The swimming pool 7m x 5m, irregular in shape, and with Roman step entry, is set in an open terrace surround, enclosed by a balustraded wall.
There is a covered pergola and a covered terrace, which provide welcome shade, and table & chairs, for alfresco dining.
A lower-level area with garden – lawned area, hammock & swing, stone table & chairs, and built-in barbecue, for alfresco dining and a table tennis table for entertainment. Steps up to roof terrace.
Approximate distances;
Playa de Palma, just 1.1kms away, sits in the centre of a long sandy stretch of coastline in the south of Mallorca, along with the neighbouring resorts C'an Pastilla and El Arenal.
There are plenty of facilities, including sun loungers and parasols for hire, water sports and snack kiosks, known as balnearios, which are dotted along the whole bay.
The three resorts are joined by a wide, flat promenade, and the resorts are quite close together, so it is no problem walking between them. There is also a tourist mini road train that travels between the three resorts providing an easier way to get around.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
