Perched on the hillside, with a drive up which is not for the faint-hearted, this traditional property offers accommodation on three levels, and is perfect for a large group wishing to travel together yet looking for independence in the layout of their accommodation. On the lower level, there is the living/dining area with access to the terraces, garden and swimming pool. On the middle level, there are three bedrooms, as well as a further living/dining/kitchen area and on the top level, there are two further bedrooms and a further living/dining/kitchen area. The top level offers completely independent access and has its own entrance and private terrace with access to the swimming pool. The terraces, tiered gardens, barbecue area and the pool area all offer panoramic views of the countryside, mountains and the town of Soller. Please note that this property may not be suitable for elderly guests or families with young children in view of its multi-level interior, its hillside location and the unguarded edges around the pool area.

Upper level – Accessed by steep staircase – Sitting area with Satellite TV and doors to balcony, kitchen/dining area with dishwasher and doors to terrace, 1 twin bedroom with wash- hand basin, 1 further twin bedroom, 1 shower room.
Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Please note due to the fact the driveway is narrow and steep it is not recommended for use by minibuses. You may also find that some taxis will not collect you from your door and you will have to walk down the drive to meet them.

Balearics Tourism License -VT1666
There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2020 bookings are based on 2019 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2019 when contracts are signed.
