A covered pergola terrace and doors open into the property, which offers simple, but comfortable accommodation all on one level. The centre of Soller, with a good selection of bars & restaurants, is within easy reach when dinner out calls! It is approximately a 15 minute walk all on the flat.

Outside Space

The rectangular swimming pool, which is infinity on one side, is located at the front of the property and is set in an open terrace surround, enclosed by a mature garden of flowering shrubs, fruit trees and palm trees, a lovely spot to relax and unwind. There is a covered terrace with table & chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Air conditioning is in the living room and bedrooms.

Central heating throughout (for a weekly supplementary charge, payable locally).

On a 7 night stay, the villa will be cleaned & prepared with linen & towels for clients’ arrival. On a 14 night stay, the villa will be cleaned & prepared with linen & towels for clients’ arrival and there will be a light clean and change of linen & towels mid-stay.
