Within easy reach of the shops, bars & restaurants in Soller as well as the beach & marina in Port de Soller.
Ground floor/Upper level - Living area with large leather sofa & 2 easy chairs, Satellite TV, WIFI, air-conditioning and doors to terrace, kitchen/diner with 3 ring gas hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, table & chairs and door to terrace.
1 double bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite shower room (with walk-in shower), 2 twin bedrooms, both with air-conditioning, 1 shower room (with walk-in shower).
Lower ground floor/Lower level - Further living area with two leather sofas, Satellite TV, music system, air-conditioning and doors to terrace & pool area, 1 double bedroom with air-conditioning, 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning, 1 shower room.
From the kitchen, doors lead out to the covered terrace, with table & chairs, a gas barbecue and pizza oven, for alfresco dining and the swimming pool can be accessed, either by steps down from this level or directly off the lounge on the lower level. It is a lovely area to relax, with the swimming pool set in an open terrace surround, with sunbeds and parasols, and a lawned border.

On a 7 night stay, the villa will be cleaned & prepared with linen & towels for clients’ arrival. On a 14 night stay, the villa will be cleaned & prepared with linen & towels for clients’ arrival and there will be a light clean and change of linen & towels mid-stay.
Tourist License Number - 630/2013/ET.
There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 euro per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
