Casa Joan enjoys a peaceful and private setting, in the countryside area of Ca Nai, just on the outskirts of Soller and offers a good standard of accommodation and is comfortably furnished and well equipped throughout. Alongside the villa, is a large, covered terrace, with table, chairs and a barbecue for alfresco dining, and the swimming pool area – perfect for relaxing and for taking in the lovely views of the surrounding oranges groves, countryside, and mountains.

Ground floor – Open-plan living/dining area with Satellite TV, WIFI and wood-burning stove leading to kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (there is a separate utility area with washing machine outside). Up one step to 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom and a shower room.

On a 7 night stay, the villa will be cleaned & prepared with linen & towels for clients’ arrival. On a 14 night stay, the villa will be cleaned & prepared with linen & towels for clients’ arrival and there will be a light clean and change of linen & towels mid-stay.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
