Ca’n Miquelet is a beautiful villa nestled in the tranquil hamlet of Llucalcari, within the municipality of Deia. However, it's worth noting that the villa itself is situated in the valley opposite the village, in an area known as Son Coll.

To reach Ca’n Miquelet, you'll embark on a scenic drive up the mountain, which offers breath-taking vistas of the shimmering sea and coastline.

As you wind your way through the charming countryside, you'll be treated to panoramic views that showcase the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Upon arrival at Ca’n Miquelet, guests can expect to be greeted by the serene ambiance of the secluded valley, where Ca’n Miquelet offers a tranquil retreat amidst the stunning scenery of Llucalcari.

When you walk through the entrance of Ca’n Miquelet, you enter a world of quiet, relaxation, and enjoyment.

The villa interior offers many original features, such as Moorish blue and white tiled floors and archways, and high-beamed ceilings. There are several living areas to relax, a fully fitted kitchen and a dining room for up to eight guests, as well as 4 beautiful bedrooms and 4 shower rooms.

The exterior is inviting – you can take long dips in the swimming pool, relax on the terrace with an end of day drink and enjoy a lovely alfresco supper, while taking in the magnificent views of the coast & sunset.

Note – The final approach to Ca’n Miquelet is a country lane-dirt track & care should be taken.

Note - In view of the low walls, & unguarded edges, in the grounds of Ca’n Miquelet, this property is not suitable for young children.

Ground floor – entrance hall & ahead to a spacious & very comfortable, split-level living area with Satellite TV, Music-Sound system, WIFI & doors to terrace, dining area, kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher & breakfast table, utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Ground floor – entrance hall and to the right-hand side & 1 step down;

1 double bedroom with Satellite TV, doors to terrace & en-suite shower room, guest cloakroom.

First floor – 1 twin bedroom with Satellite TV & en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with Satellite TV, Juliet balcony & en-suite full shower room. Two steps down to master bedroom with a four-poster bed, Satellite TV, doors to terrace & en-suite full shower room (also with doors to terrace).

Note - There is a further room on the ground floor, off the living area, which can take 2 extra beds – on request.

Outside Space

Doors lead out to a covered terrace with comfy rattan suite & curtains for shade, perfect for relaxing with a good read, before enjoying end of day drinks & a lovely alfresco supper, while taking in the magnificent views of the coast & sunset.

Set on an estate of 13 hectares, Ca'n Miquelet offers ample grounds and space for family or friends, and is immaculately kept, featuring an array of fresh fruit from the orange, grapefruit, and olive trees.

The picturesque village of Deià is just a ten-minute drive away (4.5kms), renowned for its fine dining and historic charm. Driving a little further will take you to Soller (7kms).

Nearest beaches: Deià (6km) and Cala Banyalbufar (30km).

Cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There is cleaning 4hrs a day & breakfast set-up, linen & towels are generally changed twice a week (the housekeeper is flexible as to when & based around guests’ requirements).

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Air-conditioning available throughout.

Central heating & Underfloor heating available on request, for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
