Overview

Ca Na Mar is set in enclosed grounds, in the residential area of S’Empeltada on the outskirts of Deia, just a 15 minutes’ walk to the village with its selection of tapa bars, restaurants, boutique shops and two local supermarkets.

A lovely stone house, Ca Na Mar has been lovingly restored by its owners, with high ceilings, wooden beams and terracotta floors, is furnished to a comfortable standard throughout, and offers the perfect blend of true Mediterranean living, with modern requirements and lovely artworks from local artists.

The accommodation is divided between three floors, and as you enter the property on the ground floor, you will find the living, dining & kitchen areas, the kitchen is country-style with doors to terrace, the living area is beautifully laid out and furnished with 2 comfy sofas, Satellite TV, WIFI and 2 sets of doors to terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom/shower rooms in total; 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the lower ground floor, with access to the pool.

Ca Na Mar has a rectangular salt-water swimming pool, with 4 stone steps into the corner, perfect to cool you down on hot summer days, and is surrounded by an open terrace, a lovely spot for sunbathing.

The terrace on the ground floor-middle level has a comfy rattan suite and the terrace on the lower level has a table & chairs and barbecue – where you can spend long summer evenings relaxing and preparing the best meals alfresco.

Note - In view of the low walls & horizontal railings on the terraces at the property, and by the pool area, at Ca Na Mar, care should be taken with young children.

Note – The owner has requested “No Smoking” at the property.

Gated entrance & pathway & 1 step up to front door and entrance into property;

Lower ground floor – mini gym with weights, bike & rowing machine (note – care to be taken when using equipment), utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Ground floor – left-hand side & 1 step down via archway to living area with 2 cream-coloured sofas, Satellite TV, WIFI and 2 sets of doors to terrace, right-hand side, traditional country-style kitchen/diner with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, table & chairs and doors to terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Lower ground floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace, and adjacent shower room.

Ground floor – right-hand side, 1 cloakroom.

First floor – 1 bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, doors to terrace & en-suite full bathroom (with separate shower) – note low rail on window, 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room.

Cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Air-conditioning available in the bedrooms.

Central heating available on request, for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

Balearics Tourist License: ETV/3873

Note applicable to all properties in the Balearics;

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
