Overview

Can Winando is a beautiful stone villa, offering spacious accommodation on three levels in the main villa and a separate studio apartment, perfect for a large party wishing to holiday together but looking for independence in the layout of their accommodation. Set in large private enclosed grounds, in a residential area on the outskirts of Deia, it is just a 15 minutes’ walk to the village with its selection of tapa bars, restaurants, boutique shops and two local supermarkets. Furnished to a comfortable standard, it offers the perfect blend of true Mediterranean living with modern requirements.

Living Areas

Parking area (ample for various cars) and villa entrance on ground floor level.

Ground floor/Middle level – Modern kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher and door to outside, leading to dining area, leading to living area with beamed ceilings, two three-seater sofas, 1 armchair, Satellite TV, Bose music system, WIFI, fireplace and doors to terrace, utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, 1 cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Lower ground floor/Lower level – 1 bedroom with four-poster bed, beamed ceilings, air-conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom, 2 further bedrooms, both with a four-poster bed, beamed ceilings, air-conditioning and doors to terrace, these 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

First floor/Upper level – Master double bedroom with beamed ceilings, walk-in wardrobes, Satellite TV, air-conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room (with power – massage jets).

Exterior access to a studio apartment on the left hand side of the entrance to the grounds – Sitting area with (with banco seating which can be converted into 2 single beds suitable for children only for a supplemental charge), Satellite TV and doors to terrace, archway to bedroom with four-poster bed, air-conditioning and doors to Juliet balcony, 1 shower room.

Note – When the villa is occupied by 8 persons the studio apartment off the entrance, comprising of 1 bedroom with four poster bed and 1 shower room, is locked off by the owner. This villa is only bookable for 8 or 10 persons on all dates across the season.

Outside Space

The swimming pool* (which can be heated on a request basis at a supplementary charge), is bordered by a large terrace and mature gardens of palm, olive and fruit trees. The terrace offers various seating and sunbathing areas as well as a great outdoor barbecue area. The views from here are stunning, especially the sunset which is just magical!

Note – Care should be taken with young children and the horizontal balustrades on the terrace surrounding the pool.

Cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Air-conditioning available in the bedrooms.

Pool heating available on request, at a supplementary charge of 531 euros per week (not available during the period 1 June - 30 September).

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government
