Overview

Sa Llupia is perched on the hillside, between the Tramuntana Mountain Range and the sea in the picture-postcard village of Deia, with its selection of tapa bars, restaurants, boutique shops and two local supermarkets.

Steps lead up to the villa, which sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.

With its traditional stone walls, terracotta tiled roof and pale green shutters, Sa Llupia maintains its rustic roots, whilst combining modern comforts with luxury living.

The living/dining & kitchen areas are all on the ground floor, as well as a cloakroom. The living room itself offers relaxed, comfy seating and a magnificent vaulted beamed ceiling. The kitchen/diner is equipped with state-of-the-art Miele appliances including induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, larder fridge and freezer, while the adjacent room has wine storage and an extra fridge and freezer.

The 4 bedrooms are on the first floor, 2 with four-poster beds and 2, which can be made up as doubles or twins, with bespoke furniture, luxurious bedding and unique design pieces. All have lovely mountain and village views with en-suite stone, slate and marble bathroom/shower rooms.

Doors from the kitchen/diner lead out to a covered terrace with table & chairs, and a Weber BBQ, for alfresco dining.

3 steps lead to the rectangular salt-water swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing. Sun loungers and comfy chairs are well placed as well as parasols. Take a dip in the pool with swim-jet or relax on the terrace with its uninterrupted village and mountain views.

Note - With steps up from the garage & parking area, or via the pool terrace to the front door, this villa is not suitable for the elderly or those with walking difficulties.

Lower ground floor – utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

Location

Sa Llupia is perched on the hillside between the Tramuntana Mountain Range and the sea. A short walk from the villa are Deia’s winding village streets with its selection of tapa bars, restaurants, boutique shops and two local supermarkets.

Belmond’s La Residencia hotel is virtually on the doorstep too, with its spa, restaurants, and tennis courts.

Cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Central heating available on request, for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

Note applicable to all properties in the Balearics;

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
