Can Guida is beautiful property located in Soller, just a short walk (approximately a 10-minutes’ walk) from the main square, with its lovely selection of shops, bars, and restaurants and a short tram ride to the Port of Soller, with its lovely beach, and further shops, bars, and restaurants.

Beautifully renovated by its owners, Can Guida offers comfortably furnished and well-equipped accommodation all on one level (in a separate annexe of the main accommodation which has been locked off by the owners, and not used by the owners during the rental period,

Alongside the accommodation, is a covered terrace, with table, chairs, and a barbecue for alfresco dining, perfect for relaxing and for taking in the lovely views of the surrounding mountains.

To one side of the terrace, there is a heated jacuzzi (no additional charge) and to the other side, there is a pathway which leads to the swimming pool, set in an open terrace surround, and enclosed by a mature garden of lemon, orange, avocado & fig trees & shrubs. It is a lovely spot for sunbathing.

Outside Space

The rectangular swimming pool is set to the side of the property, accessed via a pathway, is set in an open terrace surround, and enclosed by a mature garden of lemon, orange, avocado & fig trees & shrubs. It is a lovely spot for sunbathing.

Doors lead out from the living area, and kitchen, to the terrace, with table & chairs, and barbecue, for alfresco dining.

There is a heated jacuzzi (no additional charge).

There is a gym & yoga room – care should be taken with all equipment.

There is a small water feature in the grounds.

There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
