Living Areas
The living area consists of a spacious lounge/dining room with Satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, WIFI, air conditioning and doors to front terrace and seating area.
At the rear of the property is the well-fitted kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast table and doors to terrace and outdoor dining area, with built-in barbecue, and terrace, garden and swimming pool. There is a utility room with washing machine alongside the kitchen.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Off the main living area is the master double bedroom with air conditioning and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower), a twin bedroom with air conditioning and a separate shower room. A corridor leads to two additional bedrooms (one is compact and suitable for children only), both with air conditioning and a full bathroom.

APPROXIMATE DISTANCES BY CAR: Pollensa 7.3km / Cala St. Vicente 8.2km / Alcudia 8km / Golf 11.1km / Beach 100m / Supermarket 100m / Restaurant 100m.
At the end of the road, there is a play park and sand pit, where you can take the little ones for a run-around or to play after a busy day at the beach.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning throughout, on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.
Eco Tax is included.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
