Overview

Villa Erin is a modern three bedroom villa, built on one level with a private pool and a cosy garden. Conveniently located in the tranquil urbanization of Santa Catarina near the towns of Almancil and Loule, and just a 10/15 minute drive away from the local golf courses, the coast and many beautiful beaches.

Electric shutters throughout with individual room controls. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The snug lounge and dining area complete with air conditioning is the perfect place to relax, with its open plan design, you can enjoy the Pioneer surround sound system while lounging on the comfortable sofa seating, or watch a movie on the wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of IPTV channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Stay warm during the cooler months with the log burner fire. The adjacent dining area is complete with a table and seating for four people. Patio doors open onto a side terrace.

The kitchen has a central island and four accompanying stools and is well equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, an extractor, integrated electric oven and grill, SMEG kettle & toaster, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a microwave. Patio doors from the kitchen lead to the garden and pool. Additionally there is a breakfast kitchen table with seating for four people.

The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and is found off the shower room of bedroom three, there is ample room to store your suitcases here too.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is twin room with a single bed and a further pull out single bed (suitable for children & teenagers) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors to the garden and pool. Bedroom one has use of the adjacent guest shower room. Bedroom two is a small double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is a double room with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, split unit air conditioning, a dressing room, safe and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the front garden.

Outside Space

The garden and surroundings are well maintained, with palm trees abound and laid to lawn with faux grass. The large driveway to the side of the property offers ample offroad parking and has automatic gates for convenience. The private pool measures approximately 6m x 4m and has steps for convenient entry and has an electric cover to help retain the heat in the evenings. There is a lovely lounging area furnished with sofa seating and there is a large parasol for shade. For the sunworshipper's in the group the poolside terrace has plenty of space and there is a further green space with sun loungers. The budding chefs in your party will enjoy the built-in brick BBQ which sits on the partially covered dining terrace, the ideal place to create all your holiday al fresco meals, this area is complete with a convenient food preparation counter and a sink. Additionally there is a large dining table with bench seating.

Location

Villa Erin is situated in the urbanization of Santa Catarina, just on the outskirts of Almancil and the Golden Triangle. Santa Catarina is an ideal location and is just a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Loule and the newly built Mar shopping with a selection of eateries, cinemas and a designer outlet. If its golf you are looking for then its only a 10/15 minute drive to the award winning golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. The villa is a 15 minute drive from Faro International Airport and 5 minutes to the bustling market town of Loule and the motorway

Rates include a maid cleaning service, Mon, Weds and Fri. Pool towels, a hairdryer, a safe and a JBL portable speaker have been provided for your convenience.
