Centrally located between the luxury golf resort of Quinta do Lago and the town of Almancil, Quinta Pequena is a beautiful, high specification four bedroom villa that has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The villa benefits from a heated pool and private gardens in a very peaceful location- and also features Wi-fi internet, air conditioning and electric shutters throughout.

Living Areas

Air conditioned living room with Lazer internet and TV, TV, DVD player and CD player. Doors lead to the shaded terrace facing the pool and gardens. Separate dining room.

The modern kitchen is air conditioned and is fully equipped with appliances including an American style fridge freezer with ice maker, wine chiller, steam oven & microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, gas and electric hob. Central island with breakfast bar. The separate utility area houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with a/c, fitted wardrobes, a large en suite bathroom and doors to the terrace.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with a/c, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the Master suite complete with double bed, a/c, doors to two terraces private to this room, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate double shower unit.

Bedroom four is a twin room with a/c, fitted wardrobes, en suite shower rooms and doors to terrace.

Outside Space

Electric entry gate and plenty of space for parking. Lawn gardens to the front and rear of the property. The pool measures 8 x 4 metres and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Shaded terrace and BBQ area with dining table and large integrated charcoal BBQ.

Quinta Pequena is situated within close driving distance of the luxury golf resort of Quinta do Lago, where you will find five excellent golf courses, a wide range of superb restaurants and the Quinta shopping complex, with designer boutiques and various bars, cafes and eateries. Also within close driving distance is the golf resort of Vale do Lobo with its lively Praca; and also the town of Almancil, where local facilities such as supermarkets, chemists and the post office are located.Some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve can be found in this area.

Entry to the villa is via an unsealed road. The nearest restaurant, Casa da Quinta, is within walking distance from Quinta Pequena.
