Casa Sonia is a three bedroom, three bathroom apartment of contemporary design and premium quality located in the Margarida area of the renowned golf resort of Vale do Lobo. Complete with all the mod cons you would expect from a luxury property and with its own private infinity style swimming pool this property is perfect for your family vacation in the Algarve.

With Wi-fi internet, electric shutters with central control panel and a centralized air conditioning system with individual room controls throughout- included in the rental rates.

From the entrance hallway, a lift provides direct access to the underground car park, where there is one designated space for the property.

Living Areas

Open plan living/dining room with table and chairs, comfy sofas, wall mounted TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports, a distinctive Fogo Montanha fireplace and patio doors to the poolside terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including an oven, 4 x hobs, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a separate utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is the master suite with double bed, a/c, walk-in wardrobe, patio doors to side terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath, double vanities and shower unit.

Bedroom two has twin beds- which can be prepared as a double upon prior request, a/c, fitted wardrobes and an en suite with shower unit.

Bedroom three has twin beds, which can be prepared as a double upon request, doors to the pool terrace, a/c, fitted wardrobes and an en suite with shower unit. There is also an additional guest cloakroom in the property.

Outside Space

The infinity style pool measures 9 metres x 4 metres approximately and great for families with young children it is fenced off from the terrace. The terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and a dining table with seating for 6, next to the integrated charcoal BBQ.

Location

Situated in the exclusive Margarida area of Vale de Lobo within short driving distance of the beach, the Praca, the local golf courses, a selection of restaurants & bars and Quinta shopping.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service midweek and weekly; with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Please note that Casa Sonia is being offered with a 15% discount between the dates of 2nd Sept 2023 and 30th June 2024 to take into consideration any background noise caused by a building plot in the nearby area but this is quite away from the pool area across a local green area with trees. There are also works some distance away across the valley, however background noise may be heard at times depending on the type of work that is taking place. It is not allowed by the local council for building works to take place during the peak summer months of July and Auqust so no discount is offered for these two months.
