Apartment Waterlily is a high specification, two bedroom first floor apartment situated in the classy Margarida resort area of Vale do Lobo. Complete with it's own private pool and lovely views over the communal lawn and pond.

With Wi-fi internet, electric shutters with central control panel and air conditioning with individual room controls throughout- included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is flooded with natural light, with quadruple patio doors opening onto the sun terrace and pool. The lounge has comfy sofa seating, a distinctive Fogo Montanha fireplace, a lounge chair and stools, and a flat screen Smart TV showing IPTV channels including BBC and sports- please bring your own log-in credentials to access Netflix, Amazon prime etc.

The dining area has a table and seating for six people and the kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a four slice toaster, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer, integrated electric oven and grill, microwave and a dishwasher.

From the entrance level, stairs lead down to the lower level with guest cloakroom and the utility area which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Stairs lead you up to bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room (queen sized bed) with fitted wardrobes and double patio doors open onto to a private balcony overlooking the pool. En suite full bathroom with a spa bath, walk-in shower and double vanities. Bedroom two is a double room (queen sized bed) with fitted wardrobes and patio doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. En suite shower room.

On the lower level of the villa there is a sofa bed which is available to guests for a weekly supplement subject to prior confirmation from the owner. The maximum occupancy of this property is 5 persons with the use of the sofa bed.

Outside Space

The infinity style pool measures approximately 6 metres x 3.5 metres and has steps entry. The poolside terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers and a parasol for a little shade, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful views of the communal lawns and pond! The terrace is also furnished with a dining table with seating for six people, a further round table with seating for four people, two bench seats, a charcoal BBQ with a food preparation area and a sink.

Location

Situated in the exclusive Margarida area of Vale de Lobo within short driving distance of the beach, the Praca, the local golf courses, a selection of restaurants & bars and Quinta shopping.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service midweek. Bed linen is changed after one week. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
