Overview

Villa Madison is a three bedroom linked townhouse built over four levels, completely renovated in 2023 and with use of the local condominium communal pool. Ideally located right on the doorstep of the famous marina of Vilamoura, with its wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, casino and blue flag beaches.

Air conditioning and Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates..

Living Areas

The living room has been furnished with comfortable sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), split unit air conditioning and patio doors leading to the front terrace.

Steps lead down to the bright and spacious air conditioned dining area and kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and three accompanying stools and a table with seating for eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including an electric oven, grill and microwave, dishwasher, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, four electric hobs, extractor, and an American style fridge freezer. The utility cupboard houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Patio doors lead from the dining area to a good sized terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

From the entrance level stairs lead up to bedroom one which is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and use of the adjacent shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail.

Further stairs lead up to bedroom two which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small balcony with two chairs and a further Juliet balcony.

Steps lead up to bedroom three which is a twin room with split unit air conditioning and a walk-in closet. Bedroom three shares the shower room with bedroom two.

Further stairs lead to bedroom four which is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

Outside Space

The private garden is furnished with a table and seating for eight people, four sun loungers, an outside shower and a parasol. There is a Beefeater gas BBQ with a food preparation counter and sink, perfect for creating your al fresco meals. Villa Madison is situated close to the communal pool area, with sunbathing terraces and the communal pool measures approximately 15 x 7 metres.

Location

Villa Madison is superbly situated in the centre of Vilamoura, a stones throw away of the famous Vilamoura marina which has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a tasty meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west, which is more than 6 kilometres long and stretches from Vilamoura all the way to Olhos de Água (near Albufeira). Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst the town of Quarteira is literally next door. Faro Airport is a 25 km drive and Loulé train station is a 9 km drive. The towns of Loule and Quarteira both have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.
