Villa Almez is located in a residential area in Marratxi, just a short drive from the capital and the wonderful city of Palma de Mallorca.

Offering spacious, modern, and comfortable accommodation on one level, Villa Almez comprises of two bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) and one shower room and is the perfect choice for a couple or small family.

Enjoy a refreshing dip in the small circular swimming pool, relax on the hammock in the garden with a good read, before heading to the terrace for an end of day drink and an alfresco barbecue supper.

Living/dining area with L-shaped cream-coloured leather sofa, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, WIFI and patio doors to covered terrace, open-plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar & 4 stools, gas hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

1 double bedroom with patio doors to terrace, 1 twin bedroom with patio doors to terrace, 1 shower room (with walk-in shower).

Outside Space

There is a small circular swimming pool, 5m in diameter, bordered by a garden laid to lawn with shrubs, bushes and palm trees. Open and covered terraces, with a comfy rattan suite, as well as table & chairs, and barbecue, for alfresco dining.

Approximate distances – Marratxi, with shops, cafes, bars & restaurants - 3kms, Platja de Palma, beach – 12kms.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Weekly cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels.

Air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms – available 24hrs a day.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed on by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
