Located in the heart of Deia, Can Verde is an attractive stone townhouse, which has been lovingly built by its owners, to reflect the character of the properties in the village, but with beautifully modern furnishings, fixtures and fittings throughout. It offers a very comfortable living/dining area with wonderful views across the valley and surrounding mountains, four bedrooms all with en-suites.

Living Areas

Entrance off parking area (space for two cars) to ground floor level.

Ground floor/Upper level - Entrance hall, living/dining area with beamed ceilings, 2 comfy three-seater sofas, fireplace, Satellite TV, WIFI, air-conditioning and doors to Juliet balcony, modern kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, breakfasting area and doors to terrace, 1 cloakroom.

Lower level – Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, mini-gym with sit-up bench, exercise bike, punch bag, cross trainer and running machine (note – care to be taken when using all equipment), kitchenette & cloakroom with doors to terrace and pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor/Upper level - Corridor to 1 double bedroom with beamed ceilings, air-conditioning, walk-in wardrobes, doors to Juliet balcony and en-suite full shower room (walk-in shower). Open staircase up to gallery (note – care to be taken with horizontal railings) with sitting area & desk, overlooking bedroom below.

Lower ground floor/Lower level – (note – care to be taken with horizontal railings on staircase down)

1 twin bedroom with beamed ceilings, air-conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower), 1 double bedroom with beamed ceilings, air-conditioning, doors to terrace and en-suite full shower room (walk-in shower), 1 further double bedroom with beamed ceilings, air-conditioning, doors to Juliet balcony and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower). Sitting area with convertible sofa bed (suitable for 1 person only) desk & Satellite TV, air-conditioning and doors to balcony.

Outside Space

A fabulous infinity swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces and a covered terrace, with table and chairs and a built-in barbecue & pizza oven for in villa dining. With ample terraces and shady corners, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to outside space and areas to sit and dine, or to simply relax while enjoying the beautiful setting Can Verde affords.

Cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Air-conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms.

Central heating available on request, for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

Note - In view of the steps & levels at Can Verde, the property may not be suitable for small children, the elderly or infirm.

Please note that “The owner has requested no children under 12 years of age at the property”.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
