This stunning three plus one bedroom villa has been completely renovated to provide the ultimate in luxury living. The villa features an infinity pool (this can be fenced off upon prior request) that overlooks the beautiful, unspoilt countryside to the sparkling coastline beyond. The villa boasts a beautiful garden that is sure to impress visitors with its own Yoga area, gym equipment & table tennis table. Enjoy exploring the large garden (15000m2) from one of the many pathways leading through the fragrant flowers and lush greenery.

Living Areas

The lounge is complete with ample comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, Bluetooth speaker & patio doors opening directly onto the pool area. Adjacent to the lounge is a further nook with amazing views over the countryside, a great place to relax and read a book. The dining area has a large table and seating for eight people.

The kitchen has a central island is modern in design and well equipped with appliances including a four electric hobs and a central extractor, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, cafeteria, kettle, juicer, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, wine cooler and a door to the front terrace and parking area. Next to the kitchen is a further kitchen working area with a American fridge freezer with a water and ice dispenser and lots of family board games, playing cards and bridge.

The garage gym/utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, card table, a rowing machine, two exercise bikes, a wall mounted flat screen TV and a drum set for the budding musicians.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request), split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and use of the adjacent full bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open directly to the pool terrace. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private terrace with amazing views. Bedroom three is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request), fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with double vanities.

In the annex you will find Bedroom four, this room has a double sofa bed and an en suite shower room, a kitchen area with a work counter, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, sink, wine cooler & a piano. Patio doors open onto a shaded area of the garden.

Outside Space

The private garden is well-maintained with a variety of flowers, plants, and trees that add to the serene atmosphere. Pathways lead to different spaces of the garden, including a decked yoga area with stunning country views and the boules space (boules provided). The infinity pool salt water blends seamlessly with the landscape and measures approximately 10m x 7m and has steps for entry (pool fencing can be requested with prior notice and confirmation from the owners) and there is also an outdoor shower which has both hot and cold running water. The sun terrace is furnished with comfortable sun loungers and two sit on the shallow shelf of the pool. The table tennis table is perfect for some family fun and games, while hammocks hang from the trees, which provide shade while you relax and enjoy the peace & quiet of this beautiful location.

There are plenty of shaded areas where you can cool off from the sun and an integrated charcoal BBQ sits on the raised terrace overlooking the pool, ideal for some outdoor cooking! The wooden dining table with seating for eight people is great for al fresco meals with family and friends, while the outdoor lounge area with comfortable sofa & chair seating and an electric awning, is the perfect place for a chat or simply sipping your favourite cocktail whilst taking in the amazing Algarve sunsets, they are truly unforgettable & not to be missed! Overall, this beautiful garden is a slice of paradise that offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable villa holiday in Algarve. There is also plenty of space for parking on the villa's driveway.

Location

Monte da Portelinha is located in the resort of Quinta das Raposeiras, a semi-rural, tranquil and authentically Portuguese area, just a 15 minutes’ drive north of Faro. The resort offers its own private tennis and paddle courts & restaurant Raizes, a popular eatery with the locals. The town of Santa Barbara is Approx. 7 kms drive, where you will find a selection of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, a supermarket and a chemist. Also a short driving distance away from here is the brand new Mar shopping complex which has a wide range of shops, restaurants, a designer outlet and a cinema- where the majority of films are shown in English.

The prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago can be reached within a 20 minute drive. Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is situated amongst championship golf courses and is only a few minutes’ drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve can be found in the resort, as can the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Olhao & Tavira are 15-20 minutes away with islands & beaches, shops and typical Portuguese lifestyle & character. However, if you would like to visit the more touristic places, it’s only 20 to 30 min to Vilamoura, Albufeira and their beaches. Lisbon is a 2 and a half hour drive away and should you wish to visit interesting cities in Spain (i.e. Seville), a 2 hour drive will take you there.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Pool towels, all the bed linen, a safe and a hairdryers are provided for your convenience.

Resort amenities include a tennis court and two paddle courts, local fees apply (tennis racquets are in the villa).
