Exclusive to the Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio, we are very proud to present Casa da Pena Branca, a magnificent luxury villa with private swimming pool situated on a plot with stunning far reaching countryside and coastal views. Located only a short distance away from the thriving town of Loule, the beauty of this outstanding property is that you can relax in the peace and tranquillity that villa's location affords, and yet still be able to stroll down into the town of Loule, where you will find an abundance of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bars and eateries. The town has a great atmosphere during the summer months. The villa can be rented as a three bedroom property or a four bedroom property depending on the required occupancy.

Casa da Pena Branca is a premium standard villa, with high quality interiors and furnishings throughout. The villa is air conditioned throughout and has Wi-fi internet, both included in the rental rates. The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 persons and has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Living Areas

Spacious air conditioned living room, stylishly furnished and complete with a wall mounted flat screen TV with English language IPTV channels; Wi-fi internet connection and Sonos speakers- so you can stream your own favourite music from your smart device. Separate air conditioned dining area with table and chairs for 6 persons. From the living room, patio doors lead directly to the poolside terraces, and from the dining area a door leads directly to the BBQ area.

Lovely contemporary kitchen, open plan to the snug/ relaxation area. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped, with appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker; a large oven; microwave; gas hobs x 4; toaster; kettle; dishwasher and fridge. There is a Sonos speaker also in the kitchen. Separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board and freezer. Outside the utility area there are two wall mounted Brabantia clothes dryers.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa, This bedroom has twin beds, split unit a/c, twin Sonos speakers and an en suite bathroom with spa bath. Also on the ground floor of the villa there is an additional guest cloakroom and a bathroom with shower unit which has a direct outside door to use as an indoor shower room for the pool.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has a double bed, split unit a/c, twin Sonos speakers, an en suite bathroom with shower unit and patio doors to the terrace with glorious far reaching views. For families with young children, this bedroom can interconnect to bedroom three (if required).

Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with air conditioning, twin Sonos speakers, and the use of the fabulous adjacent bathroom, which is situated outside on a private and enclosed terrace- guests will love to use this unique bathroom during the hot summer months!

Bedroom four is the master suite, totally refurbished. The room has been redesigned so that the stunning views from the full length patio door windows can be fully enjoyed! The en suite bathroom is also brand new, designed to a high specification and complete with free standing bath and separate shower unit. With air conditioning, a safe, twin Sonos speakers.

Please note that there are also Sonos speakers for the terrace and the outdoor bathroom on this level of the villa!

Outside Space

Casa da Pena Branca is situated on an extensive plot in an elevated position with stunning far reaching countryside and coastal views, which can be enjoyed from the viewpoints all around the spacious villa grounds. The swimming pool measures 9 x 4.5 metres with steps entry. The shaded terrace next to the pool is complete with the exterior dining table and chairs and the built-in charcoal BBQ- ideal for enjoying those freshly cooked al-fresco meals. Guests will also love to spend a lot of time relaxing on the patios next to the beautiful stream and pond.

For sun worshippers the poolside terraces are furnished with 8 sun loungers, and there are plenty of places around the poolside terrace with trees and natural shading. For your entertainment there is a Jeu de Boules court and a table tennis table- perfect for those family holiday tournaments! There is space for off-road parking on the villa forecourt, accessed via the villa's electric entry gates.

Location

Casa da Pena Branca is located on a picturesque elevated hillside plot, only a short distance away from the popular town of Loule, with the town centre only a twenty minute stroll down to the main areas on sealed roads. Loule is a thriving market town, where you will find an abundance of excellent local Portuguese and international restaurants, coffee shops, bars and eateries plus all of the other facilities that you would expect- banks, supermarkets, shops and chemists. Or alternatively you are only approximately 20 minutes drive away from the prestigious golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, and some of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve!

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, towel change and linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

A cot and a highchair is available free of charge, upon prior request and confirmation.
