Overview

Nestled within the countryside area of Estoi, set in idyllic surroundings, where you can relax in the privacy of its own grounds; Casa Ariolos I & II are two 3 bedroom houses that share a swimming pool and can be rented individually or together for larger families or groups.

The estate is accessed via a small rural track though pretty wrought iron gates leading into the grounds and parking area. The villas are close to each other and as they are built on different levels they offer much privacy.

Each house enjoys a charming rustic feel, both are modern in design and furnishings and include several home comforts such as electric shutters, under floor heating, Cable/Plasma TV in the lounge and bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet and Air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

Accommodation details

Casa Ariolos I is considered as the main house and is built on the higher level, The double wooden front door of the main house is accessed via steps up from the garden and there is also a special wheelchair lift to take you up to this level. Outside the front door is a lovely old stone water feature which is 150 years old. Inside the hallway with staircase leading up to the roof terrace and basement, and to the left is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining room with appliances including a dishwasher, electric hobs, coffee maker, microwave, oven and fridge freezer. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer on the lower level of the villa.

Next to the dining area there is a large comfortable lounge with fireplace, large sofas, card table, Plasma TV and DVD Player. Doors lead to the terrace.

The bedrooms consist of 2 x Twin bedrooms with TVs and doors leading to the terrace, 1 x shower room (shared between the two twin bedrooms) and 1 x Double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower and bathroom. This bedroom is wheelchair friendly and has wider access sliding doors.

Outside Space

Outside awaits the inviting swimming pool with water drop effect. This infinity pool measures approximately 12 x 6 metres in size and 1.50 metres in depth. There is a built-in charcoal barbecue for Alfresco dining, a beautiful landscape garden with pretty gravel designs, a decorative pond that is fully irrigated, scattered throughout the extensive grounds are many different plants and fruit trees least not forgetting those amazing countryside views. We are sure this is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Location

The village of Estoi is only 2Kms and offers shops, a bank and a few bars and restaurants, most of these are located around the town's main square and during the evening you can find good food and great atmosphere. There are historical places of interest to visit here, including the famous Roman ruins and the Palace of Estoi which dates back to the 19th Century.

Casas Ariolos I & II are ideal for those seeking a relaxing retreat in wonderful surroundings yet not too far from a neighbouring village and towns.

Other Items

The rates include maid service 3 x per week, towel change 2 x per week and linen change 1 x per week. The maximum capacity of each house is 6 adults. There is a damage deposit of €500 for each house, payable on arrival.

Please note Casa Ariolos II can be booked together with Casa Ariolos One. This house is similar in style to the main house and is located lower down from the main house near to the swimming pool. The villa has its traditional handmade features. The double front door leads you into the entrance hall with a decorative central glass covered garden and open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen appliances include a grill, electric hobs, coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

From the spacious lounge you have lovely views over the countryside, and facilities include a wall mounted flat screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. The bedrooms are located off the hallway where you will find an additional guest cloakroom. The first suite is a double with a TV and an en suite with a walk-in shower and bath, the second bedroom is a twin with a TV and a large walk in shower and the third is a twin with a TV and an en suite shower room. All bedrooms have south facing terrace doors. From the bedroom corridor area is a set of stairs which lead down to the games room where we find table tennis and other games and the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Features include
