Living Areas
The open-plan living area has white crisp décor that gives a lovely Mediterranean feel to this luxury home, and the double-height ceilings help to create a sense of space and elegance. Floor-to-ceiling double glazed windows bathe the interior in natural light and offer uninterrupted views of a manicured garden space and the private swimming pool. A central fireplace adds a cozy touch to the spacious lounge which is furnished with comfortable sofas and concealed behind cupboard doors is the large wall mounted flat screen smart TV (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy he apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc).The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, and pool towels, ensuring complete comfort.

Electric gates protect the entrance to the property where there is offroad parking space available.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Santa Barbara de Nexe.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
