Exclusive to the Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio, Casa V is an outstanding and spacious four plus one bedroom villa that is built on three levels, and is located within short driving distance of the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. This premium quality property is perfect for your family holiday and features a heated pool (weekly supplement applies); a games room complete with a table tennis table and an X box S; beautiful far-reaching views from the terraces and much, much more! Wi-fi internet and split unit air conditioning are included in the rental rate. There are also electric shutters with a central control button.

Living Areas

The open plan lounge and dining area are bright and airy with a dining table with seating for ten people and patio doors opening directly onto the poolside. One step leads up to the lounge area furnished with comfy sofa seating and two armchairs and complete with ducted air conditioning, a large wall-mounted Smart flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, etc), and a Bluetooth speaker- so you can stream your favourite tunes from your own smart device. Double patio doors open onto the exterior covered dining area.

The kitchen is modern in design, with a breakfast bar, and is well equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler, Brora induction hob with a central extractor, large fridge freezer, integrated electric oven, grill, and microwave, juicer, dishwasher, and a Quooker boiling water tap. There is a breakfast table with seating for four people and patio doors open onto the garden with citrus trees and herbs and where there is also a table and four chairs. Opposite the kitchen are patio doors opening onto the BBQ area where you find the top of the range gas BBQ, perfect for al-fresco dining.

On the lower level of the villa, you will find the games room with a kitchenette which also includes two electric hobs, a sink, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The games room has a large wall-mounted Smart TV (please bring your own Netflix log-in codes) with an X-box series S and one controller (please bring your own games), Blu-ray DVD, a large L-shaped sofa and patio doors to a private courtyard with a table tennis table, .

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto a private balcony. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a large walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the garden. This bathroom also acts as a cloakroom with a door from the entrance hall.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports, and an en suite full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with countryside views.

Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV showing the same channels as the other TVs, and an en suite shower room with a patio door opening onto the bedroom balcony.

Patio doors off the first floor landing open onto a large terrace with two sunbeds and an ideal spot for Yoga or Pilates! And there is a further balcony with two comfy chairs, a great spot to watch the sun go down with a cocktail.

Bedroom five is on the lower level of the property, this is a family room with four single beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and a large en suite shower room with skylights, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail. This bedroom connects directly to the games room where there is plenty of natural light.

Outside Space

The garden is totally private, laid to lawn in areas, and surrounded by mature shrubs and palm trees with far-reaching views over the Algarve countryside. The saltwater swimming pool measures approx.10m x 4m and has steps entry (the pool can be heated for an extra weekly supplement). The large sunbathing terrace is complete with eight sun loungers, comfy outside seating, a parasol, a large Napoleon gas BBQ, a food preparation area, and a large dining table with seating for ten people. There is also an outside shower.

Location

Casa V is located within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, and Vilamoura is also close by. Some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches and golf courses are just a few minutes away and there is a wide range of excellent restaurants in the local area.

In terms of driving distances, from the front gate, Vale Do Lobo is less than 5 minutes by car, Quinta Do Lago approx. 10 mins and the town of Almancil less than 5 mins, BJ's beach restaurant is 5 mins, Quarteira is slightly further and Vilamoura is about 10 minutes. The Aqua show waterpark is only a 5-10 mins drive away too. Everything you need for your perfect family holiday really is on your doorstep at Casa V!
