Villa Bouganvilea is a three bedroom detached villa, built on one level and with a good sized heatable pool & air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms which is included in the rental rates . The garden has been carefully maintained to provide a comfortable holiday home, and the property enjoys a central Vale de Lobo location.

Living Areas

The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and juicer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

The main entrance hall gives access to the living space on the ground floor. The spacious lounge with dining area has an IPTV box with a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV & Sky Sports, CD player with radio, wi-fi internet, a DVD player, an attractive fireplace and patio doors leading to a covered terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Sleeping accommodation comprises a master double bedroom (bed measures 1.40m x 2m) with en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms (one is two twin beds together 2m x 2m) served by a separate bathroom.

Outside Space

The patio is flanked with a range of mature shrubs. There is a swimming pool which measures approximately 11m x 5m and which is heatable (for a weekly supplement). The shallow end measures 1.10 metres in depth and the deep end measures 1.70 metres. Around the pool there is plenty of space for sunbathing and a charcoal barbecue.

Location

The property enjoys a central Vale de Lobo location, not far from the fashionable 'Praca'.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri except bank holidays, bedroom linen and bathroom towels (changed weekly).

Please note that Villa Bouganvilea is being offered with a 25% discount for the periods 1/11/23 - 30/6/24 & 1/9/24 - 1/11/25 to take into consideration any background noise caused by works taking place on a neighbouring plot (VDL 612) which backs onto Villa Bouganvilea's plot but on a lower level of ground. A new villa is being constructed on this plot however the trees on the perimeter of Bouganvilea's plot will provide plenty of visual protection from the works. The discount is not being offered for the months of July and August as building work is not allowed by the local council during peak season in urban touristic areas such as Vale do Lobo.
