Villa Hayley is a stunning linked villa of contemporary design, centrally situated in the renowned golf resort of Vilamoura. This premium quality property has five en suite bedrooms and has been built to a high standard throughout and offers luxury accommodation for families to relax on their well deserved holiday. With a private pool and a rooftop jacuzzi (weekly supplement applies). Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Fully equipped modern kitchen with appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, central island with induction hobs, drinks chiller and fridge freezer.

The main living area is furnished with a comfy sofa, a flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including the UK English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports, dining table with 6 chairs and patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.

On the lower level of the property is the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also the open plan entertainment area with pool table and seating area with large flat screen TV with cable channels and sound bar.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor of the property is bedroom one, a double bedroom with a/c, electric blinds, doors to the furnished terrace, double wardrobes with safe, a wall mounted flat screen TV with the same cable channels as above and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of Villa Hayley. Bedroom two has a double bed, a/c, doors to the balcony, wall mounted TV with the cable channels, double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit. Bedroom three is the master double suite with doors to the front facing terrace, a/c, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.

Bedrooms four and five are on the lower level of the property. Bedroom four is a large double bedroom with a/c, separate dressing area, double wardrobes with safe, wall mounted TV with cable channels and an en suite with a large walk-in shower unit. Bedroom five is a twin bedroom with a/c, an en suite bathroom with shower, electric blinds, dressing area and wall mounted flat screen TV with cable channels.

Outside Space

The private pool measures approximately 8 metres x 4.5 metres with steps entry. The poolside terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and the shaded section is furnished with comfy seating.

From the kitchen, patio doors lead to the rear terrace, with dining table with seating for 10 persons, gas BBQ and food preparation area.

From the first floor landing, a spiral staircase leads up to the superb roof private roof terrace with jacuzzi hot tub (weekly supplement applies for the usage), large parasol and furniture.

Location

Villa Hayley is centrally located in the resort of Vilamoura, within close distance of local shops and amenities. The beaches and the famous marina, with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club are within short driving distance from the villa. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Rates include a midweek and weekly maid cleaning service with bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bed linen (changed weekly).

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of property.
