This immaculate property is perfect for your luxury family villa holiday and is centrally situated in a quiet residential area of the famous golfing resort of Vilamoura, not too far from all amenities. Villa Louanna is very well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. With air conditioning throughout and Wi-fi internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The Accommodation Comprises:

• Fabulous newly designed and refurbished open plan kitchen and Living/ Dining Room with split unit a/c and wall mounted flat screen TV with IPTV channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, BT Sports etc. The TV is also a smart TV so youtube etc is available and you can log into your own Netflix account. Furnished with comfy seating and dining table and chairs with seating for 6 persons.

• The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including an integrated microwave and oven; toaster, kettle; filter coffee maker; dishwasher; washing machine; fridge freezer; juicer; 4 electric hobs and an extractor.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in Villa Louanna have split unit a/c, and bedrooms two and three also have ceiling fans. Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one has twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit and double vanities.

Bedroom three is the master suite, situated on the first floor of the villa and complete with a double bed; a safe in the double wardrobes; an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit, double vanities and towel heater; and patio doors leading to the first floor terrace, furnished with patio furniture and overlooking the pool and garden. From the first floor terrace steps lead down directly to the poolside terrace.

Outside Space

Villa Louanna enjoys lovely spacious and private exterior areas with a large freeform shaped swimming pool that measures approximately 9 x 5 metres with steps and ladder entry. The shallow end of the pool is 1.10 metres in depth and the deep end is 2.10 metres in depth. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols, the fabulous new jacuzzi (please note that there is a weekly supplemental charge to use the jacuzzi for all 2023 bookings) and there is a lawn garden at the lower end of the plot. Next to the poolside terrace is the shaded dining terrace, with table and chairs for 6 persons and the brick built charcoal BBQ. There is space for the off-road parking of one vehicle on the villa driveway, protected by the manual entry gates.

Villa Louanna can now offer a heated jacuzzi and a pool heating facility, both for a weekly supplement.

Location

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, not too far from all amenities. There are shops, bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk in an area called the Old Village, and the Marina with its lively atmosphere and shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club is nearby. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Maid service- one week bookings will receive a mid-week clean and towel change. Two week bookings will receive mid-week cleaning and towel changes and an additional weekend clean, towel and linen change.

Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
