Overview

Villa Sarina is a fabulous four bedroom detached villa directly overlooking the Pinhal golf course in Vilamoura. In addition to the delightful views of the golf course, Villa Sarina also features a heated swimming pool, air conditioning throughout the property and wireless internet connection. Located in a quiet but accessible area of the resort with shops, bars and restaurants within a ten minute walk.

The villa is built on two floors, and features gated private parking. The accommodation comprises on the ground floor- an open plan living /dining room, kitchen, guest cloakroom, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first floor of the villa comprises two more bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a second living room. The property has central heating and air conditioning throughout.

Living Areas

The living/ dining room has a television with satellite TV channels and wireless internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include a washing machine, cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two on the ground floor are a twin and double room (bed measures 1.4m x 1.95m) and there are two bathrooms, one en-suite.

On the first floor, bedroom three is a double room (bed measures 1.5m x 2m) and bedroom four is a twin room, and these bedrooms share a bathroom. The first floor living room has double patio doors which open out onto the BBQ terrace, where you can enjoy the golf course views whilst dining al-fresco.

Outside Space

The swimming pool can be heated for a supplementary weekly charge and there are plenty of places to catch the sun on the poolside terrace.

Location

The centre of Vilamoura is just a short drive away, with its famous marina that has a multitude of shops and restaurants. Vilamoura also has two blue flag beaches, a casino and five championship golf courses so there is plenty to see and do!

Maid service- one week bookings will receive a mid-week clean and towel change. Two week bookings

will receive mid-week cleaning and towel changes and an additional weekend clean and linen change.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival requested by the house manager of property.
