Roseanna joined Sun-hat Villas & Resorts in 2017 and brings over 12 years of travel industry experience, having begun her career with Co-op Travel. With a genuine passion for exploring new destinations, she loves helping clients find the perfect villa and creating holidays that feel truly special.

Having travelled extensively, Roseanna enjoys sharing her first-hand knowledge to match each guest with a destination and villa that suits them perfectly. One place she particularly loves is Quinta do Lago in the Algarve, where she enjoys hiring a bike to explore the beautiful surroundings, playing padel at The Campus and spending relaxed Sunday afternoons at Maria’s.

She’s also a big fan of Palma in Mallorca and recommends taking the charming wooden train from Palma to Port de Sóller - a scenic journey through the Tramuntana mountains and one of the island’s most memorable experiences.

Ann has worked in the travel industry for 46 years holding management positions in both retail and business travel. She was previously awarded Employee of the Year by Lincoln BIG for her extensive product knowledge and her love for her work, the company and her customers.

Ann has been lucky enough to travel extensively around the world with her work and has now worked for  Sunhat Villas for 19 years proving what a great company it is to work for and to travel with.

She has a passion for travel and a level of expertise that is second to none, her aim is to offer the best customer service possible and she has many loyal customers who return year after year.

Portugal is one of her favourite destinations and she loves the authentic towns like Carvoeiro or Lagos where there are numerous streets, shops and restaurants to meander around (people watching is a favourite past-time of hers).

Adam joined Sun-hat Villas & Resorts in December 2020, following hands-on experience working overseas as a holiday representative for Thomas Cook and Hotelplan. After exploring a different path for a short time, he realised his real passion lies in travel and in helping clients find and book their perfect getaway.

Having lived and worked abroad, Adam brings valuable first-hand experience and a genuine understanding of what makes a holiday truly special. He particularly loves matching clients with destinations that offer both relaxation and memorable experiences.

Adam loves the Algarve, having spent extensive time exploring the region both professionally and on holiday. A standout for him is Well Beach Club - perfect for relaxed days by the pool with stunning sea views.

Sam studied tourism at university in Portugal before beginning her career in the travel industry, where she spent more than 12 years working in customer-facing roles including at Faro Airport. Her passion for tourism and meeting new people has made her a valued member of the Sun-hat in-resort team.

With extensive experience in holiday care and customer service, Sam loves helping guests feel relaxed and supported throughout their stay. Her warm personality and local knowledge help create memorable holiday experiences for Sun-hat clients.

Originally from the West Midlands, Charlie began her career in travel with Cosmos Holidays before moving into specialist luxury travel with Page & Moy. In 1989, she relocated to the Algarve to work with one of the region’s leading property management companies, where she managed rentals and owner relations.

Charlie joined Sun-hat Villas & Resorts in 2016 and brings decades of experience in luxury villa holidays and customer care. She is passionate about ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable holiday experience.

Another West Midlands girl, Tina began her travel career with Thomas Cook before moving to the Algarve in 1987. Since then, she has spent more than 37 years working across the tourism sector in a variety of roles including hotel concierge, travel representative and reservations management.

Tina joined Sun-hat Villas & Resorts to continue doing what she loves most - meeting guests in resort and helping create unforgettable holidays. Her extensive destination knowledge and approachable nature make her a valued part of the team.

Richard has had a strong connection with the Algarve since the 1980s, when he spent several years working in property sales and rentals in the region. His long-standing love for Portugal and experience in customer-facing roles bring valuable insight to the Sun-hat team.

Known for his calm and friendly nature, Richard enjoys helping guests make the most of their time in the Algarve. Outside of work, he is a keen wildlife photographer and regularly explores the Ria Formosa nature reserve and Quinta do Lago wildlife sanctuary.

Alison has more than 35 years’ experience in the travel industry, having worked extensively across Spain, the Canary Islands and the Balearics for specialist villa operators including Cristal Holidays and Meon Villas. After spending many years overseas, she returned to the UK before joining Sun-hat Villas & Resorts in 2014.

Fluent in Spanish, Alison has played a key role in developing Sun-hat’s Balearics, Tuscany and Barbados programmes. She is passionate about travel, food, wine and discovering unique villa experiences.
