Casa da Praia is a sensational, state of the art luxurious villa that has been lovingly designed to the highest contemporary standards and is filled with bespoke furniture, art and technology consistent with modern luxury living at the highest level. The villa has stunning views coastal and ocean views and has direct access to the beautiful Maria Luisa beach from a gate in the garden.

The villa has 5 en suite bedrooms in the main house and 3 en suite bedrooms in the guesthouse and is built on 2 levels. The villa is fully air conditioned with inverter units (cold and heat). Wireless internet available in all areas. Bose sound system in the living room of the main house, entertainment room and guesthouse living room, with speakers on the south terrace and pool area.

Including Complimentary Pool Heating between the months of June and October!

Living Areas

Casa Da Praia is entered by a secured electric gated driveway to the front of the property with plenty of parking space. The generous main entrance Italian vaulted door opens into the expansive open plan living/dining area with an amazing 180 degrees sea view, a baby grand piano and access to the covered al-fresco dining areas. This area caters for internal dining if required and fully integrated entertainment systems. The covered terraces with professional gas BBQ feature magnificent dining tables enjoying panoramic views by day and the twinkling lights of local fishing boats by night. The living room has a wall mounted TV with IPTV channels available, Blu- Ray DVD and Bose sound system with Bluetooth connection. There is a guest cloakroom next to the hallway.

The spacious kitchen has been designed to comprise the latest in technology with an inside breakfast bar and grill facility. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 x American fridge freezers, 2 x wine coolers, microwave, 2 x dishwashers, steam oven, electric oven, hot plate, grill, large stove with gas burners, kettle, toaster, juice maker and integrated Gaggenau coffee machine.

The entertainment space on the lower level, which overlooks the pool area, can be accessed by the main staircase from the living/dining room. There is a sitting area, with IPTV TV, DVD player and Bose sound system with Bluetooth connection.

Fully equipped state of the art gymnasium with 100” plasma TV with CD/DVD player and sound system available. Gym equipment includes a cross trainer, 2 exercise bikes, Technogym multi-gym, 2 x running machines and 2 x rowing machines. Next to the Gym there is a WC/ shower room. A pool table and a bar create a unique and socially active space. Hidden inside a cupboard there is a small kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer and icemaker. Also on this level there is also a utility room with 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms in Casa da Praia are unique. Adjacent to the open plan living/dining area is the double Master bedroom suite with a walk-in dressing area and en suite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. The bedroom has extensive views to the sea beyond the upper lawn.

Four further bedroom suites are located on the same lower level as the games/entertainment area. 1)The Gold suite, with super king sized double bed, doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite shower room with gold coloured tiles.

2) The expansive African suite with super king sized double bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with unique motorized glass ceiling which opens at the touch of a button allowing bathing under the stars in true Hollywood style!!

3) The White Suite- Double bedroom king sized double bed, with doors leading directly to the poolside terrace and with spectacular views to the pool and beach beyond; and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

4) The Round Suite with themed circular super king sized double bed, doors to the poolside terrace with great views and an en suite shower room.

Facing the pool, there is the guesthouse. Upstairs, enjoy pre-dinner cocktails at the bespoke designed bar in the comfort of the lavish but contemporary lounge area or pause for awhile on the covered terrace and take in the stunning sea views. The lounge area has plasma TV with IPTV channels, DVD player and Bose sound system with Bluetooth connection.

On the ground floor of the guest house, there are 3 suites -one with twin beds and an en suite bathroom complete with hydro-massage shower; and the other two suites have king sized double beds and en suite bathrooms with walk-in shower units.

Outside Space

Step outside to the pool area and discover the classically designed rectangular 16 x 6m infinity pool constructed using the finest Italian Bisazza tiles shimmering in the sun. The pool has a motorized cover and includes complimentary pool heating for stays from June until October. The pool is chlorine free with a saline system.

Rest awhile at the pool bar on the underwater bar stools or unwind in the 8 persons poolside Jacuzzi. Plenty of sunbeds are available as well as 2 double beds, one with a permanent shade. Extensive wood decking provides more than enough lounging space set in mature gardens with manicured lawns. A gate at the end of the lawn provides access to the pathway going down to the beach.

Location

Casa da Praia is located within close distance of the charming resort of Olhos d'Agua and with a wide range of facilities close to hand- there are a selection of restaurants, a beach, bars and a large supermarket. The town of Albufeira is only a short drive or bus route along the coast, and the nine hole par three golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs are close by. Also at Balaia there are first class tennis and paddle facilities, and approximately 12 minutes drive takes you to the superb Vilamoura golf courses, including the Old Course, The Victoria and the Millennium course.

Please note that the villa is located at the top of a cliff overlooking the coastline and the beautiful sandy beach equidistant between the towns of Albufeira and Vilamoura. The stunning golden sands of Praia da Falesia is less than ten minutes drive away and was recently rated one of the world's top ten beaches. Hidden coves, warm blue seas and striking cliffs will delight you and your children. Olhos d'Agua still operates as a traditional fishing town and there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance of the villa, including O Passaro Azul; Franks; Calheiros and Versatile.

Rates include the maid cleaning service Mon-Fri, bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). Air conditioning and Wi-Fi Internet are included in the rental rates.
