Sun-hat would like to welcome you to Villa Clara, a charming four bedroom property with a private swimming pool (which can be heated for an weekly supplement), ideally located in the picturesque area of Gale along the stunning Algarve coastline, providing the perfect retreat for up to eight guests. Villa Clara offers comfort and convenience, with its close proximity to the breathtaking beaches and a variety of excellent local restaurants.

Living Areas

The large air conditioned lounge is furnished with ample comfy sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing international cable channels with some English language channels, feature fireplace and a further seating area with an armchair and patio doors opening onto the garden. The dining room is complete with a table and seating for six people.

The kitchen is well equipped and offers marble worktops and a kitchen table with seating for six people, appliances include a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, electric oven and grill, four electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and a juicer. The utility room off the kitchen houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto a front facing balcony. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Patio doors open onto a large balcony with countryside views. Both bedrooms three and four share a separate full family bathroom with double vanities.

Outside Space

The property is totally enclosed by a wall and features electric gates. The mosaic tiled swimming pool measures approximately 9m x 4m and has steps for easy entry (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement). The pool side terrace is furnished with eight sun loungers and there is also an outside shower. For the budding chefs in your party a built-in charcoal BBQ is provided, enjoy your al-fresco meals on the exterior dining table with seating for up to eight people. On the one of the terraces is a table tennis table, perfect for those family holiday tournaments!

Location

This villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac off the road down to the ' Blue Flag' beaches of Galé, which are only 1km away and so are within easy walking distance. There are lovely rural views to the rear of the property. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, with two restaurants at the end of the road the villa is situated in- an Indian and a fish restaurant.

Please note that the villa's maid lives underneath the villa in a self contained apartment. This apartment is totally separate from the main house and also has a separate entrance.
