Patio doors open onto a spacious balcony protected by an electric awning and features a gas BBQ, and is furnished with a table and seating for four people, offering stunning views over the lake and the condominium's swimming pool, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or simply relaxing in the sun.

The modern lounge connects directly to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay, including a fridge freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a wine cooler, an integrated electric oven & microwave, a blender, a dishwasher, four electric hobs, an extractor, and a slow cooker. The apartment benefits from a lovely balcony. This space is stunning and has views of the lake, pool, and the surrounding golf course. The Sao Lourenco communal resort facilities include a reception, tennis court, communal pool, and mini golf.

For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towel change. For stays of over 7 nights, the rates include a weekly changeover clean, a bathroom towel change, and a bedroom linen change.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office; a 10.00€ deposit is required, and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf is available, and golf clubs and balls can be collected from the Sao Lourenco reception for a deposit of 10€, and will be refunded upon return of the items. Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.
