Apartment Ginger is a bright and airy, one bedroom ground floor property, located in the tranquil Sao Lourenco village in Quinta do Lago and is complete with its own garden and unique views of the golf course and the lake beyond. The modern furnishings create a calm environment, ideal for rest and relaxation.

This apartment is situated on the lower garden level, and the entrance is accessed via a downward flight of steps. Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, four electric hobs, electric oven & grill, extractor, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, toaster and juicer.

The spacious air conditioned open plan living and dining room has a convenient serving hatch to the kitchen. This area is furnished with a dining table and seating for four people, comfy rattan sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports & BT Sports. Patio doors lead to the private garden.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The air conditioned bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed, split unit air conditioning, double fitted wardrobes, a safe and use of the adjacent full bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors lead to the terrace and garden. .

Outside Space

This apartment has a lovely spacious and private lawn garden with patio furniture and access to the beach via a 10 minute walk alongside the golf course.

The Sao Lourenco communal resort facilities include a reception, tennis court, communal pool with a children's section and mini golf.

Location

The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service. For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. A safe and a hairdryer have been provided for your convenience.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office, 10€ is required as a deposit. Guests also have use of the communal pool. There is also mini golf available, and clubs and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco reception for a deposit of 10€ which again will be refunded upon return of the items.
