Sun-hat would like to welcome you to the spectacular Villa Sunset, a modern three bedroom property that has been refurbished to the highest standard and is complete with a private pool. Located in the popular golfing resort of Pinheiros Altos in Quinta do Lago, the house offers a luxurious villa experience in peaceful and stunning surroundings. Boasting bright & spacious interiors, a sunny outdoor pool terrace and equipped with everything you would need for a perfect villa holiday in the Algarve.

Complete with Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet throughout & centralised air conditioning on the entrance level with individual room controls and split unit air conditioning in the bedrooms, included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

Bright and modern open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has large comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, soundbar and an IPTV box showing a wide range of channels including English language channels BBC, ITV & Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Double patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace, these doors are also protected from the sun by an exterior electric awning.

The kitchen has a central island and three stools and is well equipped with appliances including two integrated electric ovens and a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, combined washing machine & tumble dryer, five electric hobs, extractor, Smeg toaster & kettle and a double sink. The adjacent dining area is complete a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, and is furnished with a table with seating for eight people. From here patio doors open directly onto the poolside BBQ terrace, these doors are also protected from the sun by an exterior electric awning. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

You will find bedroom one on the entrance level, a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly on to the poolside and garden.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom three is the master double room with a dressing area and double wardrobe space, split unit air conditioning and a en suite full bathroom with a bath tub, walk-in shower and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with golf course views and furnished with two sunbeds, a table and two chairs.

Outside Space

The tiled sun terrace with golf course views is complete with four quality sun loungers to relax on while you are soaking up the Algarve sunshine. The pool measures approx. 8m x 4m and has steps for entry, a great place to cool off! For the chefs in your group the outside kitchen area is complete with a double drinks fridge, marble food preparation counter, a large gas BBQ and a sink. The outside dining table has seating for eight people and is shaded by an electric shade cover which can be open or closed. The comfy rattan sofas and chairs are the best place to relax with your favourite holiday read!
