Living Areas

Open plan living dining room with 2 x split a/c units and a full HD flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels and furnished with comfortable sofas and table and chairs. Open plan to the kitchenette, which is fully equipped with appliances including an oven, microwave, washer/dryer, electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer and blender.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa and this bedroom has twin beds, split unit a/c, a safe in the double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with hairdryer and shower unit. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has a double bed, doors to the terrace and central a/c. Bedroom three is the single room with split a/c and doors to a small terrace. These two bedrooms share the use of the family bathroom with shower unit and hairdryer.

A extra bed for a child aged 3-11 years can be put in either the downstairs bedroom or the living room for a daily supplemental charge.

Outside Space

Parking space for one vehicle in the lower level garage from which there is direct access to from the ground level of the villas. On the first floor of the villa there is a lovely spacious terrace with seating, table and chairs and ocean views.

The 6 superior villas benefit from the use of a communal pool with terrace furnished with sun loungers. Or guests can also use the pool at the nearby Sao Rafael guesthouse.

Location

The Sao Rafael palm villas are situated in a fantastic location just 700 metres to the beautiful Sao Rafael beach with beach bar & restaurant and with hire of sun shades and loungers available. Alternatively just 5 minutes away on foot is Arrifes beach and beach bar.

The area is easy to reach as it is just 10 minutes by car from Albufeira's lively centre, 10 minutes from the Via do Infante (A22) motorway and 40 minutes from Faro's international airport.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, towel change and linen is changed weekly. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
