Sun-hat are very proud to present Villa Evie, a lovely large and spacious three bedroom, three bathroom villa complete with a private pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement), an extensive lawned garden area and a table tennis table. The superb extensive terrace is fully furnished, and freshly cooked al-fresco meals can be enjoyed on the gas or charcoal BBQ’s.

Situated in the prestigious golf resort of Vila Sol and within close distance of a wide range of amenities such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bars alongside the 27-hole golf course on site. The popular coastal resort of Quarteira with its lovely promenade and the famous Marina of Vilamoura are within close driving distance.

Air Conditioning throughout the property and fibre optic Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The large air conditioned country style kitchen is complete with a central island and a kitchen table and is well equipped with appliances including a gas range cooker with six hobs, an extractor, microwave, juicer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher and a hand blender. Located off the kitchen is the utility area which houses the washing machine, dryer and 2 extra fridge freezers. This area also features a media desk and chair, complete with a printer, providing a convenient space for those having to do a little work while on their holiday.

The lounge is furnished with ample comfy sofa seating and includes a Sonos speaker allowing you to stream your favourite holiday music, split unit air conditioning, a large flat screen Smart TV which shows many international cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is also a further TV which is on a moveable stand that can be moved to the outside covered dining area. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining room with split unit air conditioning and a table with seating for six people. Patio doors lead from here to the dining terrace and gardens.

There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto the pool area. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Stairs lead up to bedroom three which is the master King-size double suite complete with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted TV, a dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space, a safe, a tea & coffee facility, and a fridge. Patio doors from the dressing area lead to a private balcony with two sunbeds and two chairs. The large en suite bathroom incudes double vanities and a large walk-in shower. Patio doors off the bedroom open onto a private balcony which overlooks the pool and is furnished with two chairs.

Outside Space

The large garden is laid to lawn and is surrounded by hedges and palm trees. The extensive sun terrace is furnished with six sunbeds, a parasol and a swing seat. The dining area off the lounge is shaded and is complete with a table and seating for six people, there is a further seating area with comfy sofas and chairs, the ideal spot to enjoy a good book. The pool measures approx. 10m x 5m and has convenient steps for entry (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement and has a pool cover to help retain the heat at night). For the budding chefs in the party both charcoal and gas BBQ's are provided, ideal for creating all your holiday meals. There is also a table tennis table provided, perfect for some fun family tournaments.

Location

Alongside the 27-hole golf course, Vila Sol also has restaurants, bars and cafes and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Browns gym is only 5-10 minutes’ drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

Vilamoura's marina is less than a 10-minute drive away and has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west, which is more than 6 kilometres long and stretches from Vilamoura all the way to Olhos de Água (near Albufeira).

The beach and promenade at Quarteira and the famous marina, with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. The distance from the airport at Faro is approximately just 25 minutes by car. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst Loulé is only 10 minutes inland and the town of Quarteira is literally next door. Both of these towns have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.
