From the vast villa grounds, glorious views can be enjoyed in all directions for as far as the eye can see. The delightful accommodation consists of the main house, two courtyard suites including one newly refurbished luxury suite with Jacuzzi and a poolside games room, in addition to the marvellous large swimming pool. The lovely Casa Cahombo promises an unforgettable villa holiday for groups, families and friends. This property rents as a 3,5 or 7 bedroom villa depending on how many occupants.

Living Areas

The ground floor of the main villa is where the reception rooms, kitchen, utility room and guest cloakroom are located. The air conditioned split-level living room has a television with cable channels, DVD player, CD player and Playstation console, and doors lead to the terrace, which can also be accessed from the dining room.

The spacious kitchen is superbly equipped, prepared for up to fourteen guests with a comprehensive list of appliances including a microwave oven, American style fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The separate utility room houses the washing machine/dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The master bedroom is located on the first floor of the main villa and two twin bedrooms are located on the lower level of the main villa. Each of the courtyard suites contain two en-suite bedrooms.

The air conditioned master double bedroom on the first floor has a lovely private sun terrace, television, dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The lower level of the main house has a shower room and two twin bedrooms(can be made up as doubles by prior request) with terraces, one with an en-suite shower room.

Both of the courtyard suites have air conditioning and central heating. The first suite houses a double room and a twin bedroom, both en suite. The second luxury courtyard suite has been recently refurbished and features a Jacuzzi and has two en suite bedrooms, one double and one twin.

Outside Space

The large main swimming pool measures 12 metres x 6 metres, and is 2 metres in depth at the deep end. The main pool can be heated for an additional weekly charge and must be booked in advance. Next to the main pool there is a heated children’s pool which measures 7 metres x 3.5 metres in size. There is a selection of open and covered terraces with which to enjoy the views and benefit from the in-built barbecue.

Pool safety fencing is available free of charge both around the adults and childrens pools free but must be requested at the time of booking.

The exterior games room has a television with satellite channels, DVD player, table football, cards table, pool table and Playstation games console.

Location

The villa is located in the peaceful countryside location of Malhao, 4kms outside of Boliqueime and 8kms from Paderne. In both Boliqueime and Paderne a selection of local bars and restaurants can be found as well as small local supermarkets. The nearest golf course is 16kms away and the closest beach at Falesia is 14 kms away, or a 20 minute drive. Close to the beach at Falesia are the popular resorts of Vilamoura, Olhos d’Agua and Albufeira. The airport at Faro is 35kms from Casa Cahombo.

Other Items

Included in the price of the villa rental is maid service twice per week (except for Sundays) towel service 1 x week and bed linen 1 x week. There is central heating in this villa for the cooler months alongside the dual air conditioning.

Bookings paying the 3 bedroom rate for up to 6 guests do not have access to either of the courtyard suites, just the main house.

Bookings paying the 5 bedroom rate for 7-10 guests have additional access to one of the suites alongside the main house - if you choose the luxury suite with Jacuzzi then an additional supplement per week is applicable.

Bookings paying the 7 bedroom rate for 11-14 guests have access to the main house and both courtyard suites. Please let us know upon booking if any of the party will be celebrating a birthday or anniversary during the holiday.

Please note highchairs, cots and baby buggies are available upon request and are free of charge!

This villa allows up to 2 cots, 1 extra bed or 1 foldable bed in the main house, 1 cot, 1 extra bed or foldable bed is allowed per extra suite.
