Living Areas

Large open plan living, dining room and games room with TV with cable channels; Wi-Fi internet; PlayStation 4; Bluetooth speaker and DVD player. Pool table, cards table and dining table & chairs with seating for 12 persons. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace, complete with table football table.

Fully equipped kitchen with integrated microwave & oven; washing machine; tumble dryer; electric hobs; extractor; dishwasher; coffee maker, toaster and American style fridge freezer. Iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The three bedrooms are situated on a lower level, accessed via a stairwell. Bedroom one has twin beds, an en suite shower room and doors leading to the side terrace with country views.

Bedroom two has a double bed, doors to the side terrace, a safe in the double wardrobes and an en suite with shower unit, bath and double wash basins.

Outside Space

The pool measures approximately 16 x 7 metres and it can be heated for an additional weekly charge which must be booked in advance. There is also a heated children’s pool (5 x 5 metres) and the heating for this pool is included in the rental rates. Shaded terrace with charcoal BBQ and table and chairs and roof terrace with far reaching countryside views.

Location

The villa is located in the peaceful countryside location of Malhao, a charming hamlet 4kms outside of Boliqueime and 8kms from Paderne. In both Boliqueime and Paderne a selection of local bars and restaurants can be found as well as small local supermarkets. The nearest golf course is 16kms away and the closest beach, at Falesia, is 14 kms away or a 20 minute drive. Close to the beach at Falesia are the popular resorts of Vilamoura, Olhos d’Agua and Albufeira. The airport at Faro is 35kms from the villa.

Included in the price of the villa rental is maid service twice per week (not on Sundays or bank holidays) towels changed midweek and weekly bed linen change. Please let us know upon booking if any of the party will be celebrating a birthday or anniversary during the holiday.
